The collection consists of issues of The Craftsman from 1905 and 1911-1912; issues of The Delineator; Munsey's Magazine; and Metropolitan Magazine. Also included are several books from the late 1800s including Paper and Scissors in the Schoolroom by Emily Weaver which belonged to Mary Creswell's sister, Edith. Also, German Conversation-Grammar by Rev. Dr. Emil Otto, which belonged to Mary Creswell's father, Alex E.
